5. Training and Responsibilities:
The Apprentice agrees to complete the training program to the best of their ability, including meeting all necessary qualifications, tasks, and learning objectives.
The Employer agrees to provide structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and any additional educational support needed.
Both parties agree to abide by the Employer’s rules and regulations during the training period.
The Apprentice will be evaluated periodically based on performance.

For Cause: If the Apprentice or Employer fails to meet the terms outlined in this Agreement.
