Stellantis, one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers, has a hierarchical organizational structure designed to support its global operations and multi-brand portfolio. At the first level is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Carlos Tavares, who is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO at the second level are members of the Top Executive Team, which includes Chief Operating Officers for different regions, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, General Counsel, and heads of global business functions such as manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing. The third level consists of Brand CEOs and Senior Vice Presidents who oversee the management of Stellantis’ 14 individual automotive brands including Jeep, Dodge, Peugeot, Fiat, and others, as well as key departments such as technology, digital transformation, and product development. At the fourth level are Vice Presidents, Directors, and Regional Managers who handle the implementation of strategies in specific markets or functional areas, ensuring that brand objectives and corporate goals are translated into operational performance across global markets. This structure enables Stellantis to maintain both centralized strategic leadership and decentralized brand autonomy.
