A brochure refers to the traditional marketing strategy that businesses use to engage leads and potential customers. These types of brochures promote the products, services, and projects of construction businesses. The advantage of using brochures, as the mean of advertising, is it communicates essential messages concentrating on a specified target audience. That is the reason why using brochures is still as prevalent and practical as before. Here are some useful steps in creating a construction brochure in MS Word.

1. Know the Goods and Services Offered

Before diving into designing, you have to know what the company can give that can be promoted to the public.
