We write to inform you that your engagement with our company has been terminated effective immediately, under section 15 of your employment contract about misconduct in the workplace. This decision has been reached after thorough investigations confirmed your repeated instances of non-compliance with our code of conduct, despite several warnings.
Despite previous warnings and attempts to address these issues through counseling and corrective action, your conduct has not improved, and it is evident that termination is necessary to maintain a healthy and productive work environment. Your final paycheck, which will include any accrued but unused vacation time and deductions as required by law, will be provided to you on your regular payday.
We regret that our relationship has reached this point and we wish you success in your future endeavors. Please arrange with Human Resources for the return of any company property in your possession.
