Extension Agreement

EXTENSION AGREEMENT

This Extension Agreement ("Agreement") is made this 1st day of January 2051, by and between Steven Lloyd ("Landlord") and Oscar Paul ("Tenant") (collectively referred to as the "Parties").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Lease Agreement dated December 25, 2050, for the property located at 3454 Elsie Drive Londonderry, NH 03053 (the "Property").

WHEREAS, the term of the original Lease Agreement is coming to an end, and the Parties wish to extend the Lease Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. EXTENSION OF TERM

The term of the Lease Agreement is hereby extended for a term of 3 years years/months, commencing on January 1, 2051, and terminating on January 1, 2054, unless further extended or sooner terminated as provided in the Lease Agreement.

2. RENT

The monthly rental payment for the Property for the term of this Extension shall be $1000 payable on the first day of each calendar month.

3. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement not in conflict with the terms of this Extension Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Extension Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, or assertions made by either party.

5. AMENDMENTS

No amendment to this Extension Agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of New Hampshire.
