4. REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENT OF ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The Parties commit to review these Accounting Policies periodically, at least every fiscal year, and agree to make any necessary adjustments to ensure their continued relevance, reliability, and accordance with regulatory requirements.
5. DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY
The Parties commit to disclose fully and fairly all aspects of their respective financial conditions and operations relevant to this Agreement and in compliance with the agreed Accounting Policies.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the mutual agreement of the Parties, failure to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, bankruptcy, insolvency, or the cessation of business operations.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
