Introduction

This Release and Release of Liability Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of October 12, 2050, by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Releasee") and Erika Lewis ("Releasor"), for the purpose of governing the rights and responsibilities related to the contractor services provided by the Releasor to the Releasee. Agreement

3. Indemnification. The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any negligent acts or omissions by the Releasor in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

4. No Employer-Employee Relationship. It is understood and agreed that the Releasor is providing services as an independent contractor and is not an employee of [YOUR COMPANY NAME].
