Printable Brokerage Agreement
This Brokerage Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of February 15, 2066 by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Broker") and BluCurrent ("Client"). The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Broker agrees to provide the following services:
Facilitation of property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate.
Market analysis and consultation for optimal decision-making.
Client agrees to engage Broker for these services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
II. TERM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall commence on March 1, 2066 and shall remain in effect until February 28, 2067, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with Section VII.
III. BROKER’S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Broker agrees to:
Use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the services described in Section I.
Act in good faith and in the best interests of the Client.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
IV. CLIENT’S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
Provide Broker with all necessary information and documentation to perform the services.
Cooperate fully with Broker in achieving the objectives outlined in this Agreement.
Compensate Broker in accordance with Section V.
V. COMPENSATION
Client shall pay Broker the following:
A commission rate of 5% on the final sale price of any property transaction.
Payments shall be made in USD and according to the following schedule: Commission payable within 10 business days after transaction closing.
VI. CONFIDENTIALITY
Broker agrees to keep all information related to Client’s business confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client, except as required by law.
VII. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated as follows:
By mutual written agreement of both parties.
By either party upon 30 days written notice to the other party.
For cause, if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement.
VIII. INDEMNIFICATION
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from its own acts or omissions under this Agreement.
IX. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky.
X. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
XI. AMENDMENTS
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
XII. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
XIII. NOTICES
All notices under this Agreement shall be sent to:
