I. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

II. BROKER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Broker shall:

V. COMPENSATION

2. The Broker is not responsible for any delays, errors, or denials caused by the lender or third parties.

X. INDEMNIFICATION
