1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Services" refer to the specific services described in Section 2 of this Agreement.

1.3 "Confidential Information" refers to any proprietary or confidential information exchanged between the parties, as further detailed in Section 6.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

8. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
8.1 The Service Provider warrants that the Services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner.

8.2 The Client warrants that any materials provided for the provision of the Services do not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.

9.2 The maximum liability of the Service Provider under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the Services.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties.
