Step 4 Open the Template in a New Tab

Once you get the prompt and after accepting it, you will be directed to a different tab where you are able to open the template. There you will be able to see the first and only single page where you are able to start editing your schedule template.

Step 5: Click on the Edit Button to Go to Drawing

To start editing you will see an edit button below the first small table. Click on that and it will direct you to the drawing area where you can edit and add in information. Once done, save and close the drawing area.

Step 6: Add the Names of Your Employees

Once you have finished adding the top information, you can proceed to the table where you will be manually adding in the names of your employees. As well as the weekly time in and out for the whole month.

Step 7: Print the Schedule Template

Once you are satisfied with any of the changes you have made, google docs automatically saves any changes so you need not worry about losing any of the changes you made. To print from Google Docs, go to file, click on print, change the settings and press the print button.
