This is to formally notify you that by the terms of our lease agreement dated May 25, 2050, we are terminating the lease agreement. This decision is primarily driven by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

This termination will come into effect seven days from now, on June 1, 2050, in compliance with the terms outlined in the rental agreement. Both parties are expected to fulfill their obligations thoroughly before this date.

We want to thank you for maintaining a civilized, professional relationship throughout the lease, and it's regretful that it has to end in this way.
