This letter serves as an official notice of your gym membership termination with FitZone effective from January 31, 2051. As per the agreement signed by you, we have processed your request and this notification serves to ensure all parties are informed of the upcoming gym service discontinuation.

Although we are disheartened to see you depart, we respect your choice. Please note that any monthly dues or unpaid balance till the date of termination shall be billed as per your membership agreement. Also, if you wish to join us again in the future, we’d be more than glad to assist you with that.
