Salon Service Agreement
This Salon Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Salon", and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client", effective as of [Effective Date].
1. Services Provided:
The Salon agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
Haircut and styling: Includes consultation, shampoo, haircut, and blow-dry.
Full highlights: Application of highlights throughout the hair for a sun-kissed effect.
Manicure: Nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application with regular nail lacquer.
2. Appointment Details:
The Client agrees to arrive at the Salon on time for the scheduled appointment. Any delays may result in a shortened appointment time, at the discretion of the Salon.
3. Payment:
The Client agrees to pay the Salon the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Salon.
4. Cancellation Policy:
The Client understands that appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as determined by the Salon.
5. Liability Waiver:
The Client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with salon services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects. The Client agrees to hold the Salon harmless from any liability arising from such risks.
6. Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant factors that may affect the services provided by the Salon. The Client also agrees to follow any pre-appointment instructions provided by the Salon.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
The Salon strives for client satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify the Salon within 48 hours of the appointment to discuss possible resolutions.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Salon and the Client with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
