1. Services Provided

The Provider agrees to offer a comprehensive range of child care services for the Child, which include, but are not limited to:

1.1 Daily Care and Supervision

• Continuous supervision of the Child during all operational hours, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

• Caregivers are trained in child development and emergency procedures to respond effectively to the needs of the Child.

1.2 Educational Activities

• Engaging, age-appropriate learning activities designed to stimulate cognitive and social development. These include arts and crafts, storytelling, and interactive games that foster creativity.

• Structured playtime that encourages cooperation and problem-solving skills through both guided and free play.

1.3 Meals and Nutrition

• Provision of nutritious meals and snacks that adhere to dietary guidelines recommended by health authorities.

• Meals will include a balance of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins. The Provider is committed to offering organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

• Accommodations for any food allergies or dietary restrictions as communicated by the Parent/Guardian will be taken seriously, with a personalized meal plan created if necessary.

1.4 Physical Activities

• Daily outdoor play and exercise opportunities to encourage physical health. Activities include organized games, obstacle courses, and nature walks to promote a love for the outdoors.

• Structured activities that promote fine and gross motor skills, such as dance classes, yoga sessions, and sports-related activities.

1.5 Rest and Relaxation

• Designated nap and quiet time to ensure adequate rest for the Child. A calming environment with soft music and dim lighting will be provided to help the Child wind down.

• Caregivers will monitor the Child during nap times to ensure comfort and safety.

2. Operating Hours

The Provider will operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Special arrangements for early drop-off or late pick-up may be made with prior notice and may incur additional fees. The Provider is closed on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

3. Fees and Payment

• Tuition Fee: The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay a weekly tuition fee of [$250], due every Monday. Payments can be made through check, credit card, or bank transfer.

• Late Payment Fee: A late fee of [$25] will be charged if payment is not received by the due date. Continued late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

4. Enrollment Requirements

5. Termination of Agreement

5.1 Termination by Parent/Guardian

The Parent/Guardian may terminate this Agreement by providing two weeks written notice to the Provider. Notice must be submitted via email or in person.

5.2 Termination by Provider

The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any of the following reasons:

• The Child poses a danger to themselves or others, including but not limited to aggressive behavior or refusal to comply with safety protocols.

• The Parent/Guardian fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including payment policies or failure to provide necessary information about the Child.

6. Liability Waiver

The Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that:

8. Communication and Updates

The Provider will maintain open communication with the Parent/Guardian through:
