6 Steps to Write Project Note in Google Docs
Step 1: Create a New Document
Create a new document in Google Docs and give the title ‘Project Note for [write down the name of your project]’. Google Docs is a free alternative to MS Word that more and more people and businesses are adopting into their workflow. Save the files name as something that will remind you of the contents.
Step 2: Give General Information
In the next step insert a having two columns. For the heading write down ‘General Information’. In the next cell of the first column write ‘ Project Title’. Step 3: Information about the Project

Use the left column to break the information and the right to provide the corresponding details.
Step 4: Details about the Project Note
In the next section, we need to talk about the nature of the project note. Following the previous formatting write down the goal of the project briefly (preferably within one sentence’). Write down how the project is relevant in the current market. Also, mention how the project is supposed to benefit the organization financing it.
Step 5: Financial Details
Once you have broken down the project into subsections, make sure to include the cost breakdown as well. Explain how you wish to spend the money step-by-step. These are basically your estimates. Once you are satisfied with the individual costs, add them up and write down the final amount separately.
Step 6: Applicant Details
Finally, write down the details of the applicant. Create a separate heading and insert a table. On the left-hand-side column of the table insert the labels like contact person, his phone number as well as fax number, his email address, etc. Also, provide the details of other people who might be contacted. Include the position of the person in each case.
