Step 4: Calculate Total
The next part is to add another column of Total Working Hours of the Week. Use excel formulas to apply on the required columns and calculate your total working hours. Create as many tables as required in the sheet and continue adding your daily working hours as required.
Step 5: Employee Signature
The last section needed in an hourly sheet is the employee signature and the signature of the person who keeps track of the time. Create three blank spaces for the Employee, Timekeeper, and the Supervisor. After the employee signs the sheet, the sheet will go to the supervisor for his signature as well.
Step 6: Double-Check
Since the timesheet is required to calculate the daily pay of the employee, the data needs to be accurate and factual. Make sure the employee fills incorrect details of his working hours that match the biometric and also the company’s digital records. If not, call the employee and make the required corrections.
