2. Property Description

The individual designated as the Landlord in this document hereby expresses their intention and agreement to lease the residential property described herein to the person or party designated as the Tenant. Similarly, it is to be acknowledged that the person or party designated as the Tenant in this document is affirmatively agreeing to lease said residential property from the individual or party designated as the Landlord.

The aforementioned residential property is accurately located [insert property address], and this property will be referred to as the "Property" throughout the document. Additionally, it is to be noted that any fixtures, furnishings, and appliances that have been provided by the Landlord, as specifically detailed in the list of items attached to this document, are also included as part of this lease agreement alongside the Property.

3. Term of Lease

This Landlord Agreement commences on the 12th of March, in the year 2050. It is agreed that the duration of this agreement will extend for a continuous time period of 36 months. As such, unless prematurely terminated for any provisions that are detailed and stated within this agreement, the termination of the agreement will take place on the 11th day of March, in the year 2053.

4. Rent

a. The Tenant shall pay rent for $1,200 per month, payable in advance on the 1st of each month to the Landlord at the address specified above or to such other place as the Landlord may designate in writing.

b. Rent shall be paid in the form of cash, check, or electronic bank transfer.

c. Rent payments shall be considered late if not received by the Landlord by the 5th day of each month, in which case the Tenant shall be subject to late fees as outlined in Section 8.

5. Security Deposit

As soon as this Agreement is executed, the Tenant is required to pay a security deposit amounting to $1,500 to the Landlord. It is expected from the Landlord to hold onto this security deposit with the responsibility of ensuring the performance of the Tenant's obligations, as stated in this Agreement, wherein the security deposit serves as a guarantee or surety for these obligations.

6. Use of Property

The individual who is holding the position of Tenant, as outlined in this agreement, is obliged to make use of the Property that is leased strictly for personal living requisites, defining it as a private residency, and ensuring no illegal or unlawful activities are being conducted on the said premises. In addition to this, it is expressly forbidden for the Tenant to sublease the Property, assign it, or in any other manner transfer the possession or rights related to the Property, to any other party without having beforehand received the Landlord's consent in a written format.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

a. The Landlord shall maintain the Property in a habitable condition, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

b. The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any maintenance or repair issues that arise during the tenancy.

c. The Tenant shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Property and for any damage caused by the Tenant's negligence or misuse.

8. Late Payment and Default

In the event where the Tenant falls to fulfill their responsibility of promptly paying rent or any charges that are due under this Agreement, such failure is to be understood as a default on the Tenant's part. Under these circumstances, the Landlord retains the legal right and responsibility to pursue any applicable remedies that are provided by the jurisdiction's law. These remedies may encompass a variety of punitive measures, inclusive of the right for the Landlord to start an eviction process against the Tenant, which may result in their removal from the rental property.

9. Termination

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the other party.

b. In the event of early termination by the Tenant, the Tenant shall be responsible for paying rent until the end of the notice period or until the Property is re-leased, whichever occurs first.

10. Governing Law

11. Entire Agreement
