Free Development Agreement

1. Introduction

3. Terms of Employment

• Non-Disclosure: The Developer pledges not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the project to any third parties without prior written consent from the Employer, thereby safeguarding the Employer's proprietary interests.

6. Termination Conditions

• Voluntary Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon providing 30 days written notice to the other party, facilitating an amicable transition of responsibilities.

• Termination for Cause: Notwithstanding the above, the Employer retains the right to immediately terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the Developer, thereby safeguarding the Employer's interests and ensuring project continuity.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement, both parties commit to engaging in good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, resorting to mediation and arbitration to achieve a fair and expeditious resolution, thus preserving the collaborative spirit of the development partnership.

8. Governing Law
