Free Hotel Renovation Agreement

This Hotel Renovation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Your Company Name] ("Owner"), and [Contractor Name] ("Contractor"). Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Recitals

1.3 Changes and Modifications
All changes to this scope must be agreed upon through written change orders, which will form part of this Agreement as subsequent exhibits.
2. Timeline
2.1 Project Schedule
