Responsibilities and Duties
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for:
Managing the accounts payable and receivable functions meticulously, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
Generating informative financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Providing insights into the organization's financial health, and supporting decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong experience with financial software systems.
Excellent skills in data analysis and financial forecasting.
Proficient in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Experience in generating comprehensive financial reports.
Experience
A minimum of three years of experience in a finance-related position is required.
Additional Requirements
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and have an eye for detail. CPA certification would be a plus.
