Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Qualifications and Skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Proficient in mathematic skills, detail-oriented and organized.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to recognize trends in data.
Knowledge of supplier management software is a must.
Experience in budget development and oversight.
Responsibilities and Duties
Execute timely payment of all vendor invoices and maintain vendor relationships.
Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist in the month-end closing process and account reconciliations.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable position or a related field is required.
