We at TinyTots Academy, are looking for a dedicated, dynamic Childcare Director who is passionate about developing and implementing a high-quality early childhood education program. You will play a crucial role in shaping the environment for our young learners while adhering to necessary local and state educational standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Childcare Director, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Develop and implement a child-centered curriculum that meets children’s developmental needs and educational standards.

Recruit, train, and supervise childcare staff. Ensure staff are equipped with the necessary tools and training for effective performance.

Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.

Manage daily operations of the facility, providing a safe and welcoming environment.

Oversee the facility's budget, including tuition fees collection and expense control.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates must encompass the following traits to be able to succeed in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or relevant field.

Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational facility.

Strong understanding of child development and latest education theories and practices.

Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
