Job Title: Engagement Coordinator
A front-line position responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term, beneficial relationships with our valued clients. As an engagement coordinator, your focus will be building and maintaining those positive connections that boost our company's reputation and contribute to our overall growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations and relationships with clients
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed promptly and effectively
Regularly following up with clients to assess levels of satisfaction and garner feedback
Mitigating any relationship issues and taking the lead in conflict resolution
Developing client engagement strategies to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction
Identifying new engagement opportunities to support business growth
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in client service, sales, or relevant roles
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered focus
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM software
Additional Requirements
Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Able to travel to client meetings when necessary
