Job Title: Business Operations Executive
FreshHarvest Grocery is seeking an experienced Business Operations Executive, who will play an integral role in shaping strategic decision-making processes and improving operations. The successful candidate will be someone capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and ensuring our operational strategies align with our broader objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that mirror our business objectives.
Identify areas of improvement, streamline workflows, and use best practices for optimal operational efficiency.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring operational excellence and effective collaboration.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and areas requiring attention, to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; an MBA would be a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on operational strategy and process optimisation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilise teams.
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and utilise performance data.
