  • Travel Insurance Provisions: Facilitating the purchase of travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

The Travel Agency will utilize its extensive network of contacts and deep industry knowledge to ensure that all services are provided with the utmost professionalism and competence. 3. Client's Obligations

To facilitate the effective provision of travel services, the Client agrees to:

  • Make Timely Payments: Adhere to the payment schedule established in the agreement to ensure smooth planning and confirmation of travel arrangements.

4. Payment Terms

  • Initial Deposit: An upfront deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure the reservations.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the travel cost must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of services. This ensures all arrangements are finalized and confirmed with service providers.

5. Cancellation and Changes
