Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is a plus.
