1.3 Posting Schedule: The Influencer agrees to adhere to a posting schedule as agreed upon by both parties. The initial schedule is to post content twice a week for a duration of three (3) months.

2. Term

2.1 Duration: This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue in effect for a period of three (3) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

2.2 Renewal: This Agreement may be renewed for additional periods upon mutual written agreement of both parties.

3. Compensation

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information: The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information of the Company that is disclosed during the term of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to, unpublished prices and rates, the existence of this Agreement, and the strategies and marketing plans of the Company.

6. Representations and Warranties

6.1 Compliance with Laws: The Influencer represents and warrants that all services provided under this Agreement will be performed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.2 Authenticity: The Influencer guarantees that all content provided will be entirely original and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third parties.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination Rights: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving fifteen (15) days' written notice to the other party.

7.2 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, the Influencer must cease all use of the Company's proprietary information and return or destroy such materials as directed by the Company.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Amendment: This Agreement can only be modified through a written document that must be duly signed by both parties involved.
