6+ Presentation Agenda Templates
At one point or another, we have all sat through a bad presentation. Perhaps the presenter didn’t know where he or she was going and tried to wing it. They thus went everywhere but accomplished nothing except to waste everyone’s time. It is a painful thing to watch, especially if you have been the presenter yourself.
This is a crucial issue especially in marketing and sales pitches where a lot of money is at stake. Remember that the prospectors will not buy your product unless they buy your presentation. The solution for a strong presentation: Review your agenda and get a good Agenda Template to plan your talk.
Here is a series of free PDF agenda templates to give you an idea of how you should be doing things.

What Is a Presentation Agenda?
An agenda is basically a plan or an outline of things to be considered with the aim to accomplish a goal. It is the backbone of any program or orientation. A presentation agenda is a document you use to guide the course of your presentation. It will list
- the main sections of your presentation (introduction, first issue, second issue, conclusion, Q&A session, etc.);
- the key talking points to be discussed under each section; and
- a reasonable time frame to get from A to Z on the list.
Copies of these agendas can be given out to everyone present or they can act as personal speaker notes to make sure you don’t go off track.
Why Do I Need a Presentation Agenda?
Planning a good presentation takes the same process as planning for an important meeting. How do you prepare for an important meeting? You make sure you have a Meeting Agenda. This agenda is similarly a list of all the key points, issues, and decisions you have to cover in that meeting and within that time frame.
It will benefit you to put this in your head: Your presentation agenda will be like a Client Meeting Agenda. You are not there to idly chat or build rapport, but to accomplish some definite goal.
The presentation agenda is a way to make sure you don’t miss out any important points and that you don’t go too far off course.
