Dear Mr. Yates,
I am writing to outline, confirm, and agree upon the terms of our proposed Damage Agreement. This Agreement is between the undersigned parties; it concerns the provision of certain products/services and the regulation of the implications of any damages incurred during the operational duration.
The terms of this Agreement are as follows: the identified products/services will be provided for a set duration. In return, payment will be made as agreed. Both parties have specific responsibilities to uphold, including confidentiality. The Agreement can be terminated under the conditions outlined in this document. Any disputes or matters arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state jurisdiction where the services are conducted.
