This Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the performance expectations and metrics for [Employee Name] ("Employee") in their role at [Company Name] ("Company"). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish clear performance standards and objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The following KPIs have been identified as essential for the success of Employees in their roles:

  • Description: Increase the quarterly sales revenue by expanding the customer base.

  • Measurement Metric: Percentage increase in sales revenue.

  • Target: Achieve a 15% increase in sales revenue compared to the previous quarter.

  • Description: Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.

  • Measurement Metric: Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).

  • Target: Maintain a CSAT score of 90% or higher.

  • Description: Improve project delivery efficiency by reducing project completion time.

  • Measurement Metric: Average project completion time in days.

  • Target: Reduce the average project completion time from 20 days to 15 days.

Performance Targets

The employee is expected to meet or exceed the defined targets for each KPI. Targets are set in alignment with Company goals and objectives.

Reporting and Evaluation

Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess progress towards KPIs. Reviews will take place on a quarterly basis, starting on August 12, 2066. The evaluation will include:

  • Identification of areas for improvement.

Rewards and Consequences

Employee's compensation and bonuses may be directly linked to their performance against KPIs. Meeting or exceeding targets will result in rewards, while consistent underperformance may lead to consequences, including additional training or performance improvement plans.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the details of this Agreement confidential.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until superseded by a new Agreement. It may be terminated by either party with written notice if the terms and objectives are not met or if circumstances warrant a change in KPIs.
