1. Set Quality Standards
There will be distinct quality control standards for each department of your company. Everyone must be logically measurable. You might need to serve quality standards set by an external body in some sectors, including an industry trade group, the local safety plan and health supervisor, or a state regulatory department. There are no formal quality control standards to others, so you're going to be setting your own. Write down a particular set of standards that pertain to each aspect of the work.
2. Focus on a Specific Quality Standard
