5 Steps to Write a Church Budget
Step 1: Have a Look at Your Income
In any budget, income is the most important part. For your church, see what are your income sources i.e. donations, offerings, investments, etc. After you have listed down all your income sources, check which of them are fixed and which can be changed through influence.
