- What is hard for you to locate? How long did it take you to find it?
- Did I have to click more than 1 link until I was finally able to access it?
- Is it written in a way that was easy for me to understand?
- Was it too hard to understand? Or was it clear from the very beginning?
- Do I trust it enough to the point where I’m willing to give the website all the required confidential information?
- What kind of information from the customer you will be required to collect. You’ll want to offer a detailed explanation as to why you need to collect these pieces of information as this will help communicate with your customers that doing so will ensure that they will be provided with the service that they want or need.
