I purchased the product, Product, on Feb-2040. However, upon receiving it, I noticed several issues that make it unusable for my needs. The product arrived damaged, with multiple scratches and dents. Additionally, it is not functioning properly, as described on your website.

I have attached photographs of the damaged product for your reference. As you can see, the quality of the item is far below what was advertised. I have also included a copy of my purchase receipt.

Considering these discrepancies, I kindly request a full refund of the purchase price, which amounts to 500000. I believe that a refund is a fair resolution to this matter, as I am unable to use the product as intended due to its condition.
