4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties solemnly commit to safeguarding the sanctity of all proprietary information, discoveries, and data obtained throughout the survey process. This assurance ensures that such information is treated with utmost discretion, shielded from exposure, and strictly inaccessible to unauthorized parties.

8. TERMINATION

Both parties reserve the right to dissolve this Agreement, provided a written notice is dispatched at least thirty (30) days in advance. However, should there be a contravention of any stipulated terms, the aggrieved party is empowered to enact an immediate termination to protect its interests and rights.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Should any disputes or disagreements arise in relation to this agreement, the parties are committed to an orderly and constructive resolution process. Initially, both parties agree to pursue structured mediation, facilitated by a neutral third-party mediator. This step embodies the mutual commitment to find amicable solutions and preserve the business relationship.

9.1. If, however, mediation does not culminate in a resolution deemed satisfactory by both parties, the next course of action will be to proceed to binding arbitration.
