I. Parties Involved

1. Consultation Services:

• Initial consultation (up to 1 hour): $150

• Additional consultation hours: $200 per hour

3. Drafting and Review Services:

• Drafting legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements): $300 per document

• Reviewing legal documents: $225 per hour

4. Representation Services:

• Court appearances: $500 per appearance

• Deposition attendance: $275 per hour

5. Miscellaneous Services:

• Telephone consultations: $100 per call

• Email correspondence: $75 per email

III.III Payment Terms:

Party B agrees to pay Party A for legal services rendered as per the fee schedule outlined in Exhibit A. Invoices will be issued promptly upon completion of services. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month. Additionally, Party B shall reimburse Party A for any reasonable and documented expenses incurred in the provision of legal services, including but not limited to filing fees, travel expenses, and expert witness fees.

III.IV Responsibilities of Parties:

• Party A shall provide competent and diligent legal representation and advice to Party B under the highest professional standards.

• Party B shall promptly provide all necessary information, documents, and cooperation requested by Party A to facilitate the provision of legal services.

• Both Parties shall communicate openly and honestly with each other regarding the progress and developments of the legal matters covered by this Agreement.

III.V Termination: Either Party can end this contract by giving written notice due to significant breaches, with a [number] day remedy period. IV. Severability

VI. Amendments

Both parties involved must confirm any modifications or amendments to this Agreement in writing and they must sign off on these changes, as this is a required procedure.

VII. Counterparts

This Agreement may be carried out in multiple portions, known as counterparts, with each counterpart regarded as an original document. Despite the creation of these separate counterparts, their collective content and meaning shall remain uniform, hence, all of the counterparts come together to form a singular legal instrument.
