Step 1: Sign In With Your Google Account
Sign in to your Google Classroom using an authorized G Suite or personal Google account. You can create an account if you don’t have one yet. Or, ask your school administrator to give you the login details which is provided for faculties.

Step 2: Select the Student You Want to Email
To begin your task, go directly to the People tab which can be located on top of your dashboard. On the People tab, you will see the names of your students as a list. To send an e-mail, click the three dots just beside the name of the student and select E-mail Student.

Step 3: Write a Message
When you click the E-mail student option, another page will open redirecting you to Google Mail. Type in the subject name and the body of the e-mail. You can also choose to add attachments or provide a link with the options on the main menu. You could also customize the look and feel of your e-mail by changing the fonts, adding bullets, inserting emojis, and many others. After editing the contents of the mail, click Send.

Step 4: Sending Multiple E-mails
If you want to send more e-mails to different students individually, you can repeat Steps 1, 2, & 3 to guide you. However, if your task is to send the same e-mail to all students, you can just click Actions just above the names of the students and click E-mail. It will automatically tick the names of the students.
My mobile app crashes when I send multiple emails in Google Classroom.
This might be because your phone cannot bear the heavyweight of the attachments in the email. Compatibility issues also play a role in why the app crashes.
Can a co-teacher send email to students?
Only primary teachers are allowed to send emails to students in a class. If you want to send emails as a co-teacher, you can ask permission from the primary teacher to allow you to perform the activity.
When I click email student, it says error. What should I do?
If you are getting error messages when trying to send an email to students, you can check your Internet connection first. Also, you can try refreshing your browser and try again. If all else fails, try to contact your Google Classroom administrator or Google Help Desk.
