What are the Elements of an Estimate?

5. Exclusions

These would be things that you, the contractor, will not be responsible for or the things that the customer does not want you to work on while you’re providing your services. 6. Project Payment Expectations

With every estimate, it’s expected that there’s a section which contains how much the contractor is expected to be paid.
