When to Use These Templates

An agenda is literally a plan toward some purpose. If you’ve ever sat in on a meeting that went everywhere and then nowhere, you know the problem is in an unfocused agenda. Just like in planning any Event Agenda or Party Agenda, you need to put a lot of thought and consideration in drafting an agenda for work.

These templates have got you covered on a variety of situations in the workplace:

  • Daily Training Program Agenda Template. This should give you an idea of how a successful training program kicks off, progresses, and wraps up.
  • Weekly Work Agenda Template. Significant returns on investment in the workplace depend on the daily and then weekly routines of the staff. A week is the basic pulse rate of a career. Use a weekly work agenda to make sure you are making planned progress toward larger, long-term goals.
  • Work Meeting Agenda. This details the items to address and allows space for notes. Use this as an outline to keep everyone on point with what’s going on and why.
  • Work Session Agenda. This brings everyone in on the plan and primes them to work in the same direction.
  • Social Work Supervision Agenda. From the get-go, any grand undertaking needs to get people on the same page, grounded on the purpose and scope of the work.
  • Pre Construction Work Agenda. Also before any grand project undertaking, you want to make sure that your goal is actually feasible, reasonable, and achievable. You can demonstrate this by laying out the steps to get there, along with all the when, where, how much, and who details.

Details of a Good Agenda

An agenda that does its job to help you do your job will answer these questions:

  • Where are we going? This is basically the project goal, the company’s mission, the meeting’s objectives, etc.
  • What should we do to achieve this? or: How are we getting there? Here is where you discuss the scope of the work and the steps to be taken.
  • Who’s doing what? Assign members with their responsibilities and roles so everyone is involved in the right places to the right degree.
  • How have we done so far? Evaluate what steps have been done before to get where you are now. You can’t plan for the future without knowing the past.

If these questions are regularly addressed and answered in a Weekly Meeting Agenda, you can be sure to expect massive amounts of productivity and increase in ROI that comes with the increase in focus and clarity that a good agenda brings about.
