How to Print Google Calendar
-
Step 1: Prepare a Standard Printout of Your Google Calendar
On your Google Calendar main page, pick your desired date range (Day, Week, Month, Year, Schedule, or 4 Days) in the upper right corner before clicking on the gear icon and selecting Print in the dropdown list. Set the necessary details in the Print Preview window and Click on Print when ready.
-
Step 2: Select Which Calendars to Show or Hide in Your Google Calendar Printout
In the left menu panel, locate the intended calendars in the “My Calendars” list or “Other Calendars” list. Show or hide a calendar by clicking on its label to check or uncheck it. Hiding a calendar will prevent its events from appearing in the printout and vice versa.

Step 3: Change the Page Orientation of Your Google Calendar
Depending on your selected day range, you need to select landscape or portrait orientation to best fit your printout. Use the Orientation dropdown list in the Print Preview window to pick either landscape or portrait.
