10+ Book Vectors
Vector art is an undeniably mainstream type of digital illustration. More of a technique instead of a style, vector art depends on geometric shapes and is designed using vector image programs or applications like Adobe Illustrator, for example. Every day, there are a huge number of skilled artists around the world making astonishing vector artwork.
Unlike JPEGs, GIFs, and BMP images, vector graphics are not comprised of a framework of pixels. Rather, vector graphics are comprised of paths, which are characterized by a start and an end point alongside different other points, curvatures, and angles. The path can be a line, a curve, or a shape. These paths can be utilized to make simple images or complex graphs. If that is what you’re looking for, check out our gallery of vector designs.

Why You Should Use Vector Graphics When Designing
Among all design elements, one of the more superior components out there are vectors. Here’s why:
- Vector artwork can be resized without losing picture quality. Unlike bitmap or raster images (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF) that consist of pixels that deteriorate when scaled up or down, vectors consist of lines, dots, curves, and polygons that can be stretched or shrunk without affecting the quality of the image.
- Vector images are completely editable. You may be able to add or remove objects from the image, alter the size and shapes of the objects, change the colors, and resize the image itself.
- Vectors add value through semirealistic or unrealistic visuals. Not all visuals directly mean something. Some images, such as colorful backgrounds, patterns, and abstract art, can be used to make a design even more visually attractive.
