The simple email signature you've composed will be for nothing if you don't know how to apply it. With that in mind, here's a step by step guide on how to apply email signatures on your Yahoo email messages.
For Web Version:
1. Go to Yahoo Mail
Open the web browser you're using in your PC and open your Yahoo Mail account.
2. Go to Settings
Once you've accessed your Yahoo Mail account, go to the gear icon which stands for Settings. It should be located at the upper-right corner of your PC screen.
3. Go to Accounts
Once you've accessed the Settings menu, locate and click on Accounts. It's located at the left side of the Settings menu. Below the Writing Email and above the Vacation Response.
4. Compose Your Signature
If your email is used for business uses, see to it that your signature is composed in a minimalist style. You can use simple email signature templates and email signature generators if you want. Remember that your email signature should contain your complete name with title, company name, company logo, formal profile photo, contact number, and social links if its purpose is for business or work related. But if you're using it for personal uses, you can put whatever you want in it.
5. Click Save
After you've composed your creative email signature, go over it in case of some typos. Click Save once you're done. Your signature will now automatically appear at the end of your email messages.
For App Version:
1. Tap the Hamburger Icon
Open your Yahoo Mail App and tap the hamburger icon (the three stacked line) located at the upper-left corner of your screen.
2. Tap Settings
Once you've tapped the hamburger icon, tap Settings located at the left side of your screen, it's right below the Manage Accounts.
3. Tap Signatures
Once you've accessed Settings, go to Signatures located in the General section. It's in between Notifications and Filters.
4. Tap the Switch to Enable Email Signatures
The switch to enable email signatures is located at the upper-right corner of your screen. Once you've done that, you can now start composing your gmail email signature.
5. Compose Your Email Signature
Edit or delete entirely the default signature below your email address, and do the same process in Step 4 of the Web Version.
6. Tap Back Or Done
Once you're done composing your email signature, tap Back or Done to save it permanently. The signature will now automatically appear at the end of your email messages.
