- Schedule: This is basically referring to the date and time that the barbecue party will occur. In terms of time, most barbecue parties occur during lunch, though a few may also take place at night, it all depends on the host or the convenience of the guests.
- Location: This element refers to where the barbecue party is going to be held, and almost always, barbecue parties are held in a house—particularly, the host’s residence. Steps to Designing a Good BBQ Invitation

With electronic invitations, you can send them directly after designing them. These invitations work the same way as emails and electronic greeting cards, they are sent through the internet. Although many would say that the more traditional way of sending invitations is still the better choice, using electronic invitations are practical only for sending one to people who are far away.
